Answers to the questions we hear most. Still stuck? We're happy to help.

I registered for an event — where are my tickets?

Your ticket and QR code are emailed to you right after you register, and you can always find them by signing in at your account. Check your spam folder if the email hasn't arrived within a few minutes.

How do refunds work?

Refund policies are set by the event organizer. You can request a refund from your account's order page, and the organizer will review it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

How do I host my own event?

Create an organizer account, build your event page, and publish — it takes a few minutes. See how it works or view pricing.

Can I run a multi-day conference with day passes?

Yes. Choose the Conference format when you create your event. You can sell a pass for each day plus an all-access pass, and attendees combine the days they want in a single checkout. Build a session-by-session agenda with tracks, rooms, speakers, and seat limits — add sessions one at a time or import them all from a CSV. See how it works.

How do attendees choose and reserve conference sessions?

After registering, an attendee opens their schedule for the event and taps Add to schedule on a session to reserve a seat (or join the waitlist if it's full) and add it to their calendar. Sessions on a day their pass doesn't cover are locked. Open-seating sessions can be added too — no reservation needed.

Can I collect donations for my event or cause?

Yes. Add a ticket type marked as a Donation and set a minimum amount (we default to $5); you can also offer suggested amounts as one-tap buttons. Attendees choose what they give at checkout. A donation is purely a contribution — it doesn't include a ticket, a QR code, or admission, and it doesn't count toward your capacity or registration limit, so use a normal ticket type if you want pay-what-you-want entry. The standard platform fee applies to donations; we waive it for organizations we've verified as nonprofits — contact us to start verification, or see pricing.

How do payouts reach me as an organizer?

Ticket revenue is paid directly to your own connected Stripe account on Stripe's standard payout schedule. You can track sales, fees, and refunds from your financials dashboard.

Is there a fee to use the platform?

Hosting free events is free. To unlock the full feature set for an event you pay once — no subscription. See pricing for details.
