Create your organizer account
Sign up at yourevents.app/signup. Tell us your organization name, mailing address, and contact info. Free tier is enabled by default — pick a paid plan later if you outgrow it.

From your dashboard, link a Stripe Connect account. This takes 5-10 minutes (Stripe verifies your identity and bank account). Every paid ticket and vendor booth settles into your own Stripe account, and payouts land in your own bank.

Set up a branded event page in minutes. Pick a date and venue (with autocomplete to fill the address), add ticket types and prices, set the capacity, and write your description. Photos, schedule, speakers, custom questions — all optional, all editable later.
Sell tickets & collect registrations
Share one link. Attendees register and pay by card; the price you set is the price they pay (we never tack on buyer fees). Promo codes, waitlists when you sell out, and refund-request handling all run from the same dashboard.
Manage vendors & booth applications
Flip on vendor registration and the public event page gets a "Become a Vendor" button. Applications land in your dashboard with the vendor's company info, mailing address, product category, and booth requests. Approve, adjust the booth price, and a secure payment link is emailed automatically — once they pay, they become a confirmed vendor with the same QR-ticketed credentials as attendees.
Check people in
Every confirmed ticket — attendee or vendor — gets a secure QR code emailed to them. On event day, anyone on your team scans the QR from their phone; each code admits once, duplicates get flagged, and arrival counts update in real time so you know how full the venue is.
Get paid
New organizers' funds are released to their bank the day after each event — buyer protection that guarantees refunds if an event is cancelled. Established organizers get fast daily payouts. Track gross sales, our 5% platform fee, refunds, and net payout from the financials dashboard, and issue refunds with one click.
